A full production craft brewery featuring a 6,000 sq-ft public space, tasting room, and beer garden. This popular spot near Weeki Wachee Springs is known for its "delicious" small-batch brews, ‘Mermaids Milk’, and many community events. Did we mention it’s also dog-friendly?
Visit the Tasting Room and plan a brewery tour. Brewery Tours are every Saturday at 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00pm.
This winery and U-Pick farm features wines and cider made from fresh Florida fruit grown right on the farm. Visit on a Saturday for ‘Music & Wine,’ to enjoy live bands playing as you sip strawberry wine, blueberry wine, or even a pineapple cider.

The newest winery on Florida’s Adventure Coast keeps focus on the family with sweet light wines named after family members or stories. Sit on the patio and enjoy the view, or visit on Saturday evenings for music and wine tastings.

Located in the heart of Brooksville, Brookstone Wines offers a wide variety of locally produced traditional, fruit-Infused and honey (mead) wines. Fan favorites include the Stone Creek Mead and Blackberry Wine.
Free tastings are available on Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm and anytime by appointment.

Strong Tower is a certified Florida Farm Winery that has planted and grown three very carefully chosen grape varieties, from which all their wines are created. Two wines, the ‘Spring Hill Red’ & ‘Carlos’ were both Award Winners at the 2018 Florida International Wine Competition. The Winery also offers events from ‘Yoga in the Vines,’ to ‘Evening in the Vineyard’ featuring food trucks and craft vendors.

For hand crafted rye whiskey & rum, look no further than NJoy Spirits. Made in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area, Wild-Buck Rye Whiskey and Mermaid Rum are both multiple international gold-medal award winners.
Drive through this spectacular natural area and take a distillery tour to and see how these fine, hand-crafted spirits are made. Visit on Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, and weekdays by appointment.

At Copperhead’s Southern Distillery, sample hand-crafted small batch moonshine. Three flavors are recent award-winners; Blueberry, Apple Pie and Cinnamon Moonshine all won Silver Medals at the Wine & Wholesalers of America Convention 2017.

Famous for its crunchy fish sandwich and 1.4 miles west of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Becky Jack’s serves 15 craft drafts to pair with burgers, sandwiches and seafood.
