Florida Gulf Coast Clusters AKC All-Breed Dog Show

Ten days of competitions featuring 10 American Kennel Club All-Breed Dog Shows, two days of specialty shows, Conformation, Junior Showmanship, Obedience and Rally Trials, and free show tours to learn all about AKC dog shows. Guests can visit behind the scenes with the handlers and the dogs, learn how the dogs are groomed and judged. Shop for your own furry pal or bring him along for the Doggie Fun Zone obstacle course. Bring your chair to enjoy all the excitement of the best on four paws leading up to the Best in Show winner.

37th Brooksville Raid Re-enactment

Sand Hill Scout Reservation, 11210 Cortez Blvd. (SR-50), Brooksville, FL 34613

Camps open: 9:00am with the Presentation of Colors. The event portrays the 1846 raid of federal troops into the interior as the union forces attempted to destroy a confederate salt works. Activities include shopping on Suttler's Row, Battalion Drills, the Ladies' Tea, Brooksville Raid Battle Re-enactment, and Sunday at 1:30 is the Grand Review. We suggest bringing a chair for your comfort.

Brooksville Native American Festival

The annual festival brings color and fun to the Adventure Coast. Bring the family to enjoy Native American music and lore, art, crafts, jewelry, demonstrations, traditional food, and more. Enjoy the performances of the award-winning female acapella group, Ulali Project. Also performing will be the Nahui Ollin Aztez Fire Dancers, joined by Big Mountain Family, Iron Horse, and the Drum Dancers. My Big Fat Greek Festival

A unique, family-friendly Celtic celebration, sharing the traditions through live performance and workshops. A Friday night pot luck supper kicks off two days of Celtic lore and music, followed by a full lineup of entertainment. Saturday morning highlights include workshops in dance, the dulcimer, drumming, and more. Bring a lawn chair for your comfort; coolers are permitted. Weekend camping and admission packages are available.
